Castle Loch
Fishing is £6 per day - Permits are available from Lochmaben Post Office in the Main Street.
Castle Loch is a nature reserve, and so overnight camping is not allowed as such.
Nevertheless Bivy's are allowed, and I am reliably informed that as long as your tent is green the fact that it is not a Bivy will probably be overlooked.
Best to check this with the Castle Loch contact us link before you come up.
For further information please go to the Castle Loch link.
